Fire Training

Hose ReelTraining is designed to match each customer's operational and user requirements; bespoke courses relevant to job function are designed primarily to increase productivity/efficiency. We tailor training to users of varying skill levels, from clear operating instructions to full application courses.

We provide a comprehensive and complete range of fire safety training solutions for organisations both large and small, from the inexperienced office worker through to the experienced fire safety professional. All persons at work and all newly appointed staff need to have a basic understanding of fire precautions and the actions to be taken in the event of a fire.

The objective of each course is to give delegates all round knowledge of what to do in the event of a fire. The subjects covered include:

  • What action to take on discovering a fire
  • How to raise the alarm
  • What to do when hearing a fire alarm
  • Who’s responsible for calling the emergency services
  • The location of extinguishers and escape routes
  • Dealing with disabled persons and evacuation procedures

Every course is reinforced with videos and questionnaires to help delegates retain the information.

Fire warden / fire marshal training

This course provides a clear understanding of the responsibilities, duties and role of a Fire Evacuation Warden, enabling delegates to supervise a swift and safe evacuation of a building.

We will organise and invigilate Fire Evacuations with the aim of enhancing staff awareness. Our experts will identify and rectify problem areas, with the end result being a fast and effective evacuation procedure.

Management procedures for the evacuation of disabled people from a building should be clear and contained in staff guidelines. They should be regularly rehearsed as a part of every evacuation or fire drill.
